The Retention Playbook has been developed as part of a member retention research project which was initiated by the Australian Council of Trade Unions in mid-2023.
It is intended as a resource to help unions formulate and action strategies to increase member retention and contribute to union growth.
This resource is available to staff and officials of ACTU affiliate unions, and to access you will need to be logged in to the ATUI Learner Portal. If you’re an official or staff member of an ACTU affiliate union and don’t have an account, you can create one here.
