The Standard Question Library contains questions that are commonly used by the ACTU when collecting data via surveys, social media, forms, polls, petitions etc.
These questions have been developed to achieve consistency across datasets (where possible / viable) to enhance data value, utilisation, analysis and efficient incorporation into databases.
For benchmarking purposes, we suggest that your union retains the numeric codes and wording of response categories, as far as possible.
