About
This course is aimed at Organisers with at least two to three years’ experience. It further consolidates and embeds the skills and frameworks gained in levels one and two and presumes participants are already deploying organising frameworks. The course will develop leadership skills to build and replicate self-sustaining structures within the workplaces you organise.
The course will be followed by an online zoom to track implementation of and sharing of strategies.
Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Apply frameworks used to analyse power, behaviour, systems and ideas
- Use strategic questioning techniques to recruit and build activism
- Recruit individuals and groups using frameworks
- Identify organic leaders in the workplace
- Analyse issues and build collective action
- Develop workplace leaders’ capacity to build unity in the face of division
- Identify strategies to improve membership retention
- Conduct and promote Workplace Organising Committee (WOCs)

Organiser Pathway Level 2: Building Union (or equivalent experience as an Organiser)
