This course will provide an orientation to working in the union movement.

This course will allow union officials to apply for a right of entry permit under the Fair Work Act.

This course will cover the broad areas of Industrial Relations reform which came into operation over the last few years.

Union Governance

This course will allow you to demonstrate compliance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 as a union official.

The Australian Trade Union Institute (ATUI), through arrangement with the Registered Training Organisation, ACTU Education Inc RTO No. 4141, is able to deliver accredited training that leads to a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
