About this course

The Fair Work Act of 2009 brought about important changes to workplace laws, particularly in relation to union officials’ entry to workplaces. Completion of this course enables officials to apply for a right of entry permit under the Fair Work Act.

This Fair Work Commission-approved online course focuses on the requirements of the Act with respect to entry to workplaces and requires completion of a multiple-choice quiz to test participants’ understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
