Summary
In 2009, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia informed workers in branches on the New South Wales Central Coast that they were underperforming, which workers argue resulted in bullying, intimidation, stress, a drastic reduction in hours and staff relocations. Given what they felt were unfair performance targets, the workers joined together and embarked on a letter writing campaign that eventually resulted in management reversing their policies. The video consists mainly of interviews with the banking workers.
