For some union officials, engaging with media is part of the day-to-day. Fronting the media doesn’t always come naturally, but thankfully it’s a skill that can be taught and intentionally practised.

Enhance your ability to communicate clear and effective messages in media contexts to achieve meaningful outcomes for workers, particularly in the context of bargaining and dispute resolution.

This course is offered in two-day training via face-to-face or three days training via zoom.
